NASA's Curiosity rover captured a 1.8 billion pixel panorama of the Martian surface between Nov. 24 and Dec. 1, 2019. It is the highest resolution panorama produced by the project and was published on the
NASA site in early March 2020.

Here at Fancam we LOVE gigapixel photography! We've created 1000s of these type of images of the biggest sporting events around the world. When we saw this masterpiece we could not help but add some sky and pop it in a 360º interactive environment to make it easier for people to explore and share.

Because science is AWESOME!
